Deposit Policy
- If cancelling 6 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
- If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

- no visitors allowed on the premises as booked
- no smoking in guest rooms or inside the house
- no pets
- arrival time after 6 o’clock please contact us
- no children under the age of 12 years
- any type of extra bed is upon request, must be done in advance and needs to be confirmed by management
- children under 15 years must stay in the same room (only Comfortable king room) as their parents
